Subject matter experts can troubleshoot system issues and ensure the proper solution is applied correctly ― the first time. MAT FSRs have the necessary training and skills required for independent customer assistance and provide:

  • New Equipment Training (NET) for multiple Logistics Information Systems ― both modern and legacy
  • Over-the-Shoulder (OTS) Training to assist not only with technical and functional guidance for SAMS-E and PBUSE, but also with any routine automated maintenance and supply processes.
  • Reach-back Capability with insider access to the MAT Service Desk, software developers, and senior management should the need arise.
  • Help Desk Assistance for continued end-user support.
