Job Title: Program Manager

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

McLane Advanced Technologies is seeking a Program Manager in Newport News, VA. The Program Manager will assume responsibility for the comprehensive oversight of the TRADOC Proponent-Lifelong Learning Center (LLC) Technical Support contract. This role involves the management of a diverse team of technical and professional personnel, ensuring strict adherence to all government policies and procedures, and the delivery of top-tier lifelong learning capabilities to TRADOC schools.

The Program Manager will: 

• Act as the primary POC with the government for contract execution and delivery.
• Supervise and direct all facets of the LLC Technical Support program, including Web Portal functionality, Support Desk operations, Digital Library services, and LCMS (Blackboard Learn) capabilities.
• Guarantee contract performance in full alignment with the scope of work outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Exercise supervision over all personnel assigned to the program, ensuring they meet project standards and expectations.
• Ensure that all team members possess the requisite qualifications and clearances, and that they strictly adhere to pertinent security protocols when handling National Intelligence Information and SCI materials.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and risk to ensure the successful achievement of program objectives.
• Maintain open and regular communication with all principal stakeholders, including government and military officials, contractor staff, and other pertinent parties.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team to foster innovation and high-performance standards.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in the management of technical support services, preferably with the U.S. Army or other branches of the military.
• Prior experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of successful program delivery.
• Solid understanding of lifelong learning processes and technologies, including prior experience with Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), particularly Blackboard Learn.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Professional credentials relevant to program management and/or technical support services preferred.
• Active Top-Secret Security Clearance
