VOC REHAB Training

MAT is recognized by the Veteran’s Administration as an Authorized Veteran Training Facility.
This allows MAT to help qualified disabled veterans by providing career development training
classes to broaden their employment opportunities. Qualified Veterans can then participate
in a variety of MAT career development training classes to enhance their occupation potential.

The goal is re-employment for disabled Veterans

Training is conducted at our campus in Temple, Texas. Participants can choose from a variety of readily available courses focusing on information technology, information security, and business skills.

Veterans who participate in the Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) Training will learn the necessary skills needed to succeed in the demanding world of IT. MAT provides CompTIA A+, Network +, and Security + Certification Prep and Exams onsite. Veterans with experience in project management can participate in the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Prep Boot Camp, providing them with the preparation needed for the PMP Certification Exam. And finally, Vet participants in the Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) Training, will gain knowledge in software systems used to manage logistics, maintenance, and equipment.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Any disabled Veteran seeking to enhance his/her business skills and has been approved for vocational rehabilitation by a U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
