Taylor Chasteen is the ITES-3S Program Manager of McLane Advanced Technologies. Taylor has 32 years of Government service and held several senior-level Program positions as a uniformed officer of the military and as a member of the civilian Senior Executive Service. He has experience with information technology new development as well as sustainment operations, including many mission critical systems. Taylor led the Army’s Enterprise Resource Planning portfolio, which is among the largest in the world, during a crucial time when the Programs were being reviewed for fielding and development decisions by external oversight. Taylor’s enterprise systems experience spans multiple Agencies (including Civilian), technologies, geographic regions, workforces, in both the public and private sector. He is a graduate of the National Defense University Industrial College, and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Babson College. In addition to Defense Acquisition level III certifications, he is also certified by Program Management Institute (PMI) as a Program Management Professional (PMP).
