McLane Advanced Technologies will support Department of the Army’s Movement Tracking System
Temple, TX – McLane Advanced Technologies – in collaboration with the prime SAWTST,LLC – will provide software support services to the Department of the Army for its Moving Tracking System (MTS). The total SAWTST-MAT contract effort if all options are exercised is valued at $3.4 million starting June 21, 2010 for a period of two years.

McLane Advanced Technologies holds Executive Forum at Minute Maid Park
Temple, TX – McLane Advanced Technologies (MAT) held an Executive Forum on April 7 at Minute Maid Park in Houston to discuss IT virtualization with CEOs from a variety of industries. The forum kicked off with a brief review on how companies can improve reliability and save money through a virtualized IT infrastructure. The Houston Astros’ Director of Information Technology Steve Reese also talked about the IT work MAT had performed for the Astros organization and the improved performance they have seen in their IT network.

Temple, TX – McLane Advanced Technologies (MAT), a leading provider of custom software solutions and IT services, announced today that Chairman and Founder, Drayton McLane Jr., has selected David Mitchell to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer upon the departure of Chuck Costanza, who is stepping down after guiding the company over the last three prosperous years. Mitchell will officially start in the capacity of CEO on April 1 leveraging over 33 years of government contracting and supply chain experience.
